Amplify Your Best Life — Weekly Mindset Coaching for Midlife Professionals
For the person whose life looks fine from the outside and feels quietly wrong on the inside.
Every Monday at 9 am PT/noon ET, a group of midlife professionals shows up online to celebrate what's working, get honest about what's keeping them stuck, and leave with practical tools to use before the week is out.
Not a pep talk. Not a productivity hack. A genuine shift in how you're thinking about what's happening, so you can respond to your life instead of just reacting to it."

You've done everything right. So why does something still feel off?
You're capable. Responsible. The person others lean on.
You manage, organize, and solve as a default, because that's always been how you know you're valued.
And underneath all of that, there's a quiet hum of something that doesn't quite fit anymore.
- Maybe it shows up as resentment you can't fully explain.
- Saying yes to something and immediately wishing you hadn't.
- Reaching for your phone first thing and letting whatever's there decide how your day feels — before you've made any decision about it yourself.
- Starting something with real intention, only to end up exhausted and behind — again.
You've tried changing things. The job. The routine. Sometimes the relationship or the city.
But you bring yourself to whatever comes next. The feeling follows.
That's not a life problem. That's a thinking pattern.
And the difference matters — because you don't need your life to change before you can feel better. You just need a different way of seeing what's already there.
That's what we do on Monday mornings.

What Monday mornings look like
Every Monday at 9 am PT/noon ET, a dedicated group shows up online. Cameras on or off — both are welcome. Some people are in their kitchen. Some are still in their pajamas. Nobody is performing.
We start with wins, shares, and celebrations. Not the polished kind. The real kind.
A member mentions they said no to something for the first time in years.
Another shares that they used one of the tools in the middle of a difficult moment, and it actually worked.
We build on each other's contributions — questions get asked, ideas get explored, and nobody tells you to be realistic. It is that kind of room.
A member explains that she hates crying in front of anyone, yet allows herself to cry as she talks about a recent loss. Nobody flinches. Nobody rushes to fix it. The group creates the safe space she needs.
Another member shares a goal they haven't said out loud yet because every other room in their life would find a reason it won't work. Not this one.
From there, the conversation leads.
Sometimes there is a short coaching exercise or a visualization.
Sometimes the discussion itself is the work, because the insights that come up in a group of people who are all paying attention to the same thing are often more powerful than anything I could teach in a structured lesson.
You leave with something. Not a to-do list. A shift in how you're seeing something that felt stuck when the call started.
Ninety minutes. Every Monday. Two years of them — so far.
This is what consistent support actually looks like.
Kirsten Lafleur
"I was living in survival mode when I started working with Sheila. I love how she is able to lean into the energies of all those on a call and connect individually, even in large groups. This membership is for anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to learn, share and grow."
What's included in
Amplify Your Best Life
01.
Weekly Online Group Coaching Calls
Every Monday online, our calls follow a rotating focus on the topics of Self, Health, Wealth, and Relationships, so every area of your life gets consistent attention. The fifth Monday of the month is a bonus open topic call.
All calls are recorded and available in your member portal immediately afterward. If you can't make it live, you still get everything.
02.
A Community Space Between Calls
Inside our private community space, members share wins, ask questions, drop useful links, and check in between Mondays.
It's an open, unscripted space — no assignments, no pressure to perform. Just people paying attention to the same things you are.
03.
A Growing Replay Library
Every call since January 2025 is available in your member portal from the moment you join.
You're not starting from scratch — you're joining something already two years in motion. There's a lot of good in that archive, and it grows every Monday.
04.
Practical tools you can use the same day
Every call includes at least one tool, exercise, or reframe you can use immediately. Not in theory. In the actual moments when your week feels like too much.
Your Success Path to Amplify Your Best Life
There's a structure underneath every conversation
The calls aren't random. Every topic we explore — whether it's a member's situation, a shared pattern, or a tool we're working with — connects back to the same underlying framework.
I call it CREATE.
C — Choose
Take responsibility for how you feel. Decide to be an active participant in your own experience instead of running on autopilot.
R — Recognize
Notice the thought, emotion, or pattern as it's happening. This moment of awareness creates separation between you and the experience — and that gap is where everything changes.
E — Examine
Step back and look at the situation from the Observer role, without judgment. The more distance you create from the emotional reaction, the clearer things become.
A — Ask
From that calmer place, get curious. Challenge the story you're telling yourself. Is it actually true? What else might be true? What do you want instead?
T — Tools
Use practical mindset tools to shift your focus toward how you want to feel — without needing anything or anyone around you to change first.
E — Empower
Practice until it stops being something you reach for and starts being how you naturally think. Build the evidence that you can trust yourself. That's mastery.
Every Monday conversation moves through this framework — not as a checklist you consciously work through, but as the natural shape of how we think together. Most members don't notice it at first. They just notice that something keeps shifting.

"I cannot say enough about the power of Sheila's coaching, within her membership program or in private sessions.

Nice to meet you! I'm Sheila Williams
For a long time, I was my own ideal client.
Single parent of three, holding everything together, showing up for everyone who needed me. From the outside, everything looked fine.
On the inside, I was full of resentment and a quiet frustration I couldn't quite name. I kept thinking that if I just worked harder, did more, managed better — eventually it would feel different.
It didn't.
The shift came when I stopped trying to change what was around me and started paying attention to how I was thinking about it.
Not through a dramatic life overhaul.
Not by burning anything down.
By loosening my grip on control, on old roles, on the story that said circumstances had to change before I was allowed to feel okay.
That one shift changed everything. Not just for me — for everyone around me.
I've been a teacher my whole life.
First in classrooms, then in corporate training rooms, and now here — helping midlife professionals see what's actually keeping them stuck and giving them practical tools to respond to their lives differently.
I know what it costs to keep gripping. I also know what becomes possible when you finally let go.
That's why I show up every Monday. And why, two years in, so does this community.
I hope to see you there.
Much love,
Sheila

The quietly-off feeling. The resentment you can't quite explain. The sense that you've tried changing things, and the feeling follows you anyway.
That's what we talk about on Monday mornings. Not in a heavy, drawn-out way.
In the honest, practical, occasionally funny way that happens when a group of people stops pretending everything is fine and starts actually paying attention.
