The principles and theories of this coaching practice are based on accessing and utilizing the power of one’s inner resources and tapping into the universe's unlimited potential and natural resources. These sessions can help you transcend the critical, analytical level of mind and facilitate a connection with the inner knowing you hold within yourself. The methods Sheila uses can elicit insights from your powerful inner knowing and wisdom, which then provide creative and simple solutions to otherwise complicated circumstances.

Services to be provided do not include the practice of medicine, as Sheila is not a licensed medical professional. These services are non-diagnostic and are complementary to any medical support you choose to seek.

You will receive a password-protected recording of your session(s), which you can download and keep forever. If you wish for your session(s) NOT to be recorded, please notify Sheila at the start of the session.

I understand that I will receive email appointment confirmations with the online meeting link, and it is my responsibility to check all email folders, including promotions and spam, for this email. I may also receive emails regarding programs offered by Sheila Williams Coaching. I understand that I may opt out of these emails by selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of the message. This will not affect the information I receive regarding my appointments.
 
Participation in any group program acknowledges understanding that individuals not present on the call may view or listen to replays at a later date. I can always choose to change my visible name within the online meeting and keep my camera turned off if I prefer anonymity.
