The Tuning Collection brings three of my tuning audios together, from a five-minute check-in with yourself to two longer visualizations for confidence, fun and flow.
What's inside
- Tuning to the Goodness of You and Your Emotions (5 minutes): a guided visualization to connect with yourself
- Tuning to Confident, Proud and All Is Well (19 minutes): a guided visualization that tunes you to those three feelings
- Tuning to Fun, Flow and Knowing (21 minutes): a guided visualization for fun, flow and a sense of knowing
That's about 45 minutes of listening. Bought one at a time, these three come to $49. The Tuning Collection is $42.

These are digital audios. Nothing physical is shipped. Your audios are delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within 15 minutes.
