You do it because it feels good to be needed, and because somewhere deep down you're hoping someone will finally notice and tell you you're doing enough. But they won't. They've learned you'll show up no matter what, so why would they? Meanwhile, you're burned out, resentful, and still waiting for validation that never comes. You keep giving pieces of yourself away and wondering why you feel so empty.

This workshop stops the cycle. You'll use a pre-session workbook to map exactly where you're trading your energy for approval, then we'll spend two hours learning how to build that approval from within rather than chasing it from others.
You'll leave with boundaries that don't crumble the first time someone pushes back, the ability to prioritize yourself without drowning in guilt, and permission to trust your own judgment instead of needing someone else to tell you you're right.
