Sheila Williams agrees to provide professional services in accordance with acquired training and experience. Benefits of these sessions include increased awareness, improved mood and resilience, and transformation of undesired habits, behavior patterns into desired outcomes.
The principles and theories of this coaching practice are based on accessing and utilizing the power of one’s inner resources and tapping into the unlimited potential and natural resources of the universe. These sessions can allow you to transcend the critical, analytical level of mind and facilitate the connection with the inner knowing you hold within yourself. The methods Sheila uses can elicit insights from your powerful inner knowing and wisdom which then provide creative and simple solutions to otherwise complicated circumstances.
Services to be provided do not include the practice of medicine, as Sheila is not a licensed medical professional. These services are non-diagnostic and are complementary to any medical support you choose to seek.
You will receive a password-protected recording of your session(s) which you can download and keep forever. If you wish for your session(s) to NOT be recorded, please notify Sheila at the start of the session.

I give my full consent to receive coaching sessions with Sheila Williams. I understand that results vary, and Sheila does not guarantee any specific outcomes, as I have free will in my behavior and in the thoughts I choose to think.
I am voluntarily participating and accept complete responsibility for my own psychological, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. In consideration of receiving sessions, I, on behalf of my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians or other legal representatives, hereby fully release, discharge and waive all claims against Sheila Williams from any and all claims known or unknown, of any nature, arising from or in any way connected to the Client’s participation in a session.
I understand that I will be emailed appointment confirmations with the online meeting link, and it is my responsibility to check all email folders, including promotion or spam, for this email. I may also receive emails with communication about programs offered by Sheila Williams Coaching. I understand that I may opt out of these emails by selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of the message. This will not affect the information I receive regarding my appointments.
Any participation in any group program acknowledges the understanding that people not present on the call may view or listen to replays at a later date. I can always choose to change my visible name within the online meeting and keep my camera turned off if I prefer anonymity.
Any recordings from any group calls are the sole property of Sheila Williams Coaching and may be used in part or in whole for educational or promotional purposes with no compensation to me. I understand that if I prefer not to have a segment in which I appear to be used, I must speak with Sheila beforehand to express my desire.
